Let \(h\) be a non-zero integer. If \((A, B, C, D)\) is an integer solution of the equation \((*)\) \(A^4+ hB^4= C^4+ hD^4\) satisfying \(A\neq \pm C\) and \(B\neq \pm D\), then it is called a non-trivial solution of \((*)\). In this paper, a table of non-trivial solutions of \((*)\) for 75 values of \(h\) with \(0< h\leq 101\) has been compiled. In the end, the author conjectures that the equation \((*)\) has non-trivial solutions for every positive integer \(h\).
