The publication describes how to use the cyclic representation of a linear time-invariant system with an interval uncertainty in the parameters for determining the robust stability conditions for such a system in the one-dimensional and the multidimensional case. Examples are given to illustrate when these conditions become necessary and sufficient and when the well-known Mori-Kokane conditions follow from the former conditions.
