The authors present fermionic sum representations of the characters \(\chi^{(p, p')}_{r, s}\) of the minimal \(M(p, p')\) models. Continued fraction decomposition and \(q\)-binomial identities are used. The authors establish the duality relation of \(M(p, p')\) and \(M(p'- p, p')\) \((p'> p)\). The action of the Andrews-Bailey transformation in the space of minimal models is discussed. New Rogers-Ramanujan type identities are presented.
