    The authors give truncation error bounds for continued fractions \(K(a_p/1)\) where \(a_p\in \mathbb{C}\) satisfies \(a_1= -g_1\), \(a_p= (1- g_{p-1}) g_p x_p\) for \(0\leq g_p\leq 1\) and \(|x_p |\leq 1\), in other words, for continued fractions satisfying Wall's generalization of the Worpitzky theorem.
