A field topology \(\tau\) on the algebraic closure \(\Gamma (p)\) of a finite prime field is constructed such that the completion of the topological ring \((\Gamma (p), \tau)\) is an integral domain and all its invertible elements belong to \(\Gamma (p)\). This assertion resolves partially the problem 3, p. 251 in the monograph ``Topological fields'' by \textit{W. Wiesław} [Marcel Dekker (1988; Zbl 0661.12011)].
