\textit{J. R. Fisher} [J. Algebra 34, 217-231 (1975; Zbl 0306.16012)] has studied the Hopf-Jacobson radical of Hopf module algebras when the Hopf algebra is irreducible as a coalgebra over a field. In this paper, the authors discuss the Hopf-Jacobson radical of Hopf module algebras for an arbitrary Hopf algebra over a field. It is shown that for a Hopf algebra \(H\) and an \(H\)-module algebra \(A\), the Hopf-Jacobson radical \({\mathcal J}(A)\) is hereditary and \({\mathcal J}(A)=J(A\# H)\cap A\); \(A\) is a Hopf-Jacobson radical algebra if and only if \(A\# H\) is a Jacobson radical ring. For a simple left \(A\)-Hopf module \(M\) and \(E=\text{End}_A(M)\), the density theorem is given, that is, \(M^H\) forms a right space over \(E^H\); there exists \(a\in A\) such that \(ax_i=y_i\) for \(i=1,2,\dots,n\) if \(x_1,x_2,\dots,x_n\) are finitely many \(E^H\)-independent elements of \(M^H\) and if \(y_1,y_2,\dots,y_n\) are arbitrary elements of \(M\).
