A dynamical system is investigated. The system is described by the Duffing equation under static plus large periodic excitation. The bifurcation diagram is studied. A continuation algorithm for the investigation of six sequences followed from the bifurcation diagram is described. A Runge-Kutta-Hŭta method is used for the numerical solution of the system of differential equations. The conclusion is that these six cascades of period are governed by Feigenbaum's number. Beyond the limit values obtained for the amplitude of the periodic excitation new strange attractors are found.
