The authors study spectral properties of nonnegative per-symmetric matrices \(A\) such that \(JAJ = A^T\), where \(J=(j_{\alpha \beta})\) is the unitary \(n \times n\) matrix with \(j_{\alpha \beta} =1\) iff \(\alpha + \beta=n+1\).
