BMOA \((R,m)\) and capacity density Bloch spaces on hyperbolic Riemann surfaces (Q1921414)

The authors investigate a number of spaces of functions on Riemann surfaces which are related to Bloch spaces and functions of bounded mean oscillation (BMO). These spaces are defined using properties for the corresponding function spaces on the unit disk in the complex plane, and they show that, in general, different properties lead to different function spaces. They catalogue almost completely the various relationships between these spaces, such as, \(AD (R) \subset BMOA (R) \subset BMOA (R,m)\), \(AD (R) \subset VMOA (R) \subset VMOA (R,m) \subset BMOA (R,m) \subset B(R)\) and \(VMOA (R) \subset VMOA (R,m) \subset B_0 (R)\). They also explore some properties of \(B(R)\) and give a sufficient condition for \(BMOA (R,m) = B(R)\), where \(R\) is a regular Riemann surface.
