[For Part I see Izv. Ross. Akad. Nauk, Tekh. Kibern. 1994; No. 4, 17-27 (1994); translation in J. Comput. Syst. Sci. Int. 33, No. 5, 9-19 (1995; Zbl 0838.93069).] The authors consider systems in which the available information consists of continuous and discrete-time random processes. They solve the problem of synthesizing a filter in continuous-discrete observation channels when anomalous interference occurs in the discrete-time channel and investigate a number of associated questions like sensitivity and accuracy.
