    The paper deals with the parabolic system \[ u^k_t= \sum^m_{l=1} \sum^n_{i,j=1} {\partial\over{\partial x_i}} \Biggl(a^{kl}_{ij}(x,t,u) {{\partial u^l}\over{\partial x_j}}\Biggr)+ \sum^m_{l=1} \sum^n_{i=1} a_i^{kl}(x,t,u) {{\partial u}\over{\partial x_i}}+a^k(x,t,u) \] in the cylinder \(Q_T=\Omega\times (0,T)\), together with the boundary condition \[ \alpha_{0k}u^k+ \alpha_{1k}\Biggl( \sum^n_{i=1} b^k_i(x,t){{\partial u^k}\over{\partial x_i}}+g^k(x,t,u)\Biggr)=0 \] for \((x,t)\in \partial\Omega\times (0,T)\), and with the initial condition \(u^k(x,0)= u^k_0(x)\), \(k=1,\dots,m\); \(\Omega\subset \mathbb{R}^n\) is a bounded domain in \(\mathbb{R}^n\) with boundary \(\partial\Omega\) of class \(C^3\). The authors prove existence and uniqueness of classical solutions as well as continuous dependence of the solutions on the initial data.
