    Let \(T_R\) denote the class of typically-real functions \(f(z)= z+b_2 z^2+ \cdots + b_nz^n + \dots\) in the unit disk \(E= \{z: |z |< 1\}\), and let \(T\Sigma_R\) denote the class of typically-real, nonvanishing functions \(F(\zeta) = \zeta+ a_0+ {a_1 \over \zeta} + \cdots + {a_n \over \zeta^n} + \dots\) in the domain \(1< |\zeta |< \infty\). Functions in \(T_R\) have a known integral representation. The author derives from this an integral representation for functions in \(T \Sigma_R\). This representation is used to find exact upper and lower bounds for the coefficients \(a_n\). For \(n \geq 2\), these bounds involve Chebyshev polynomials. In addition, the author determines the coefficient region \(\{a_0,a_1, \dots, a_n\}\) for the class \(T \Sigma_R\).
