The notion of the Yangian \(Y(g)\) as a deformation of the universal enveloping algebra \(U(g[t])\) of the Lie algebra \(g\) in the class of Hopf algebras was introduced by V. Drinfeld. It is known that \(Y(g)\) contains \(U(g)\) as a subalgebra and admits in the case \(g=gl_n\) a homomorphism \(\pi:Y(gl_n)\to U(gl_n)\) identical on \(U(gl_n)\). The second author introduced another analogue of the Yangian for the classical Lie algebra \(g\) and called it the twisted Yangian. The twisted Yangian admits a homomorphism onto \(U(g)\) and coincides with the ordinary Yangian in the case of \(g=gl_n\). In this paper the twisted Yangians are considered in the cases \(g=O(so_n)\), \(g=U(sp_n)\). For every twisted Yangian in these cases the authors construct a family of maximal commutative subalgebras parametrized by the regular semisimple elements of the corresponding classical Lie algebra \((O(so_n)\), \(U(sp_n))\). These subalgebras generalize the Bethe subalgebras introduced by \textit{A. N. Kirillov}, and \textit{N. Yu. Reshetikhin} for \(Y(gl_n)\) [Lett. Math. Phys. 12, 199-208 (1986; Zbl 0643.20027)].
