Dirichlet series of the following form are studied: \[ \sum _{qn \pm \ell \geq 1} \frac{\sigma _{1-2s_2}(n)\tau _{s_1}(qn\pm \ell; \chi )}{q^{s_2-1/2}(qn\pm \ell )^{w-s_2+1/2}}, \] where \(\chi \) is an even primitive quadratic character \(\pmod{q}\), \(\ell \) is a fixed natural number with \((\ell ,q)=1\), the \(s _i\) are complex parameters, \(w\) is a complex variable, \(\sigma _s(m,\chi )=\sum_{c|m}c^s\chi (c)\) for \(m\neq 0\), \(\sigma _s(0,\chi )=0\), and \(\tau _s(m,\chi )=|m|^{s-1/2}\sigma _{1-2s}(m,\chi )\) for \(m\neq 0\). The two series corresponding to the different signs are combined to a vector, and the main result is an approximate functional equation for this vector function in the form of an matrix equation. This equation involves Kloosterman zeta-functions of a certain type.
