Spectral decomposition of convolutions (Q1925330)

In a previous paper [Zap. Nauchn. Semin. POMI 211, 104-119 (1994; Zbl 0870.11054)], the author considered ``convolution zeta-functions'' involving divisor functions and a quadratic character, expressing these in terms of Kloosterman zeta-functions. In the present paper, the spectral decompositions of the latter functions are used to establish analogous decompositions for convolution zeta-functions.
