The aim of the paper is to study projectively related complex Finsler metrics on a complex manifold. The canonical complex nonlinear connection is proved to be derived from a complex spray. A general characterization of projectively related complex Finsler metrics is obtained. For two projectively related complex Finsler metrics, if one of them is weakly Kähler then, the other is also weakly Kähler. A complex versions of Rapcsák's theorem is proved. A characterization of weakly Kähler and generalized Berwald projectively related complex Finsler metrics is established. Moreover, the complex version of Hilbert's fourth problem is emphasized. The last part of the paper is devoted to the projectiveness of the complex Randers metric \(\widetilde{F}=\alpha+|\beta|\). A necessary and sufficient condition for the metrics \(\widetilde{F}\) and \(\alpha\) to be projectively related is obtained. A complex Randers metric \(\widetilde{F}=\alpha+|\beta|\) on a domain \(D\) from \(\mathbb{C}^n\) is projectively related to the complex Euclidean metric \(F\) on \(D\) if and only if \(\alpha\) is projectively related to the Euclidean metric \(F\) and \(\widetilde{F}\) is a complex Berwald metric.
