The author proves a generalized trilinear estimate for the unitary group associated to a type of KdV equation, following the ideas of T. Tao on \([k,Z]\)-multipliers. The author presents an application to a nonlinear dispersive dissipative modified Korteweg de Vries equation (mKdV-Burger equation). The author proves a locally well-posedness for this equation.
