In this article, the authors declare the importance of lower bounds on the size of maximal partial spreads in some finite polar spaces. Also, they give a lot of combinatoric properties for generalized finite quadrangles of order \((s,t)\) and generator blocking sets of \(H(4,q^{2}),\;Q^{-}(5,q),\;Q(4,q)\) and \(Q^{+}(3,q)\) under some restrictions. The authors give a list of small examples in rank \(n\) for polar spaces \(Q(2n,q),\;Q^{ - }(2n+1,q)\) and \(H(2n,q^{2})\) and show that the minimal generator blocking set \(\mathcal{L}\) is one of these examples under some conditions.
