A multiplier version of the Bernstein inequality on the complex sphere (Q1931501)

A multiplier version of the Bernstein inequality on the complex sphere is proved. First, the identification of spaces of polynomials which are minimally invariant under the action of the unitary group is discussed. The main result is an interesting and new formula relating a bivariate sum involving Jacobi and Gegenbauer polynomials with the reproducing kernel of the sum on spaces of polynomials, which is irreducibly invariant under the action of the unitary group.
