The authors study the set of meager elements (i.e., elements that do not dominate a nonzero sharp element), the center and the compatibility center of Archimedean atomic lattice effect algebras. They show that the center of a sharply dominating Archimedean atomic lattice effect algebra is bifull (atomic, resp.) iff its compatibility center is bifull (atomic, resp.). Moreover, they show that a sharply dominating Archimedean atomic lattice effect algebra is characterized by the triple consisting of the set of sharp elements, the set of meager elements and the mapping that maps every sharp element to the set of meager elements dominated by it (the Triple Representation Theorem).
