The Fierz identities are relations among elements of the Clifford algebra, spinors, and the exterior algebra associated with the vector space \(\mathbb{R}^{n}\) and the metric \(g\). In this paper, the authors study on real valued bilinear forms on the space of spinors, \(S\) such that vectors are self-adjoint up to sign. Given a representation of the Clifford algebra corresponding to \(\mathbb{R}^{p+q}\) with metric space of signature \((p,q)\), they pointed out the existence of two natural bilinear forms on the space of spinors. They relate two spinors with elements of the exterior algebra with the Clifford action of \(k\)-forms on spinors, by the linear forms. Then, the authors form a general class of identities that generate some well-known Fierz identities, upon specializing from four spinors to two spinors and one spinor in signatures \((1,3)\) and \((10,1)\). Also, the identities that they construct are partly encoded in certain involuntary real matrices that correspond to the Krawtchouk matrices studied by \textit{P. Feinsilver} and \textit{J. Kocik} [Recent advances in applied probability. IWAP 2002, Caracas, Venezuela. New York, NY: Springer, 115--141 (2005; Zbl 1075.33003)].
