A virtual link is a link in the product of an oriented surface with the unit interval \(I\) subject to stabilisation of the surface. In 2008, Bourgoin generalised the ambient 3-manifold to a twisted \(I\)-bundle over a non orientable surface. In this paper the authors apply the theory of biracks and biquandles, so succesfully applied to virtual links on oriented surfaces to non-orientable surfaces. Several invariants are defined for the twisted version and applied to the virtual Hopf links.
