The work analyzes a two-dimensional Kawasaki-kinetic model of a lattice gas in a box which is in contact with an external reservoir. The model includes two types of particles (with a negative binding energy between particles belonging to different types) which occupy adjacent sites of the lattice. The particles have positive type-dependent energies, while there is no binding energy between particles belonging to the same type. The problem considered in this paper, which completes a series of three articles, is the shape of the critical droplet which initiates filling the originally empty box. The result is that the shape of the critical droplet in the two-type system may be essentially different from the previously known shape in the single-type model.
