Let \(r_1\), \(r_2\) denote nonnegative integers with \({r_1+r_2\geq1}\) and \({G=\mathrm{SL}_2(\mathbb{R})^{r_1}\times\mathrm{SL}_2(\mathbb{C})^{r_2}}.\) Let \({\Gamma\subseteq G}\) be an irreducible lattice and \({K=\mathrm{SO}_2(\mathbb{R})^{r_1}\times\mathrm{SU}_2(\mathbb{C})^{r_2}}.\) Let \(\sigma\) be the probability \(G\)-invariant Haar measure on the homogeneous space \({X=\Gamma\setminus G}\) and \(\mathrm{dist}\) denotes a distance on \(X\) obtained from a left \(G\)-invariant, bi \(K\)-invariant Riemannian metric on \(G\) and normalized so that \({\sigma\{B_r\}\asymp e^{-r}},\) where \({B_r=\{x\in X\, |\, \mathrm{dist}(o,x)>r\}}\) for some \({o\in X}.\) The main result of the paper states that for any unipotent flow~\({\{u_s\}_{s\in\mathbb{R}}\subseteq G}\) and for all \({o\in X}\) and \(\sigma\)-almost all \({x\in X}\) \[ \varlimsup_{s\rightarrow\infty}\frac{\mathrm{dist}(o, xu_s)}{\log s}=1. \] The proof uses the generalization of the approach from \textit{J. S. Athreya} and \textit{G. A. Margulis} [J. Mod. Dyn. 3, No. 3, 359--378 (2009; Zbl 1184.37007 )] and relies on an estimate of the norms of incomplete Eisenstein series.
