The authors consider an integrable integral operator \(I+V\) acting on a finite subinterval of \(\mathbb{R}\), in such a way that \[ V(\lambda,\mu)=4\frac{\sin[\pi \nu(\lambda)]\sin[\pi \nu(\mu)]}{2i\pi(\lambda-\mu)} \{E(\lambda)e(\mu)-E(\mu)e(\lambda)\}, \] where \(e\) and \(E\) are oscillating factors, and \(\nu\) is a real-valued function on \(\mathbb{R}\), which has a unique saddle point. For this operator, the asymptotic behaviour of \(\det[I+V]\) for fast oscillating \(e\) and \(E\) as well as the Nattle series absolutely convergent to \(\det[I+V]\) are obtained. The detailed proofs of two theorems expressing these results are the matter of this article.
