On ad-nilpotent \(b\)-ideals for orthogonal Lie algebras (Q1940850)

In this paper, the authors extend the algorithmic procedure introduced in [\textit{C. Krattenthaler} et al., Adv. Appl. Math. 28, No. 3--4, 478--522 (2002; Zbl 1024.17003)] for the analysis of the number of ad-nilpotent ideals with fixed nilpotence class of Borel subalgebras to the case of orthogonal Lie algebras. For each of the two types, a generating function is obtained.
