The paper considers the periodic differential delay equation \[ x'(t)=-f(t,x(t-1)),\tag{1} \] where the function \(f \in C(\mathbb R^2 ,\mathbb R)\) is odd with respect to the second variable and one-periodic with respect to the first variable. Sufficient conditions are derived for the existence of multiple periodic solutions of period four. This work continues a long series of extensions of the classical result by \textit{J. L. Kaplan} and \textit{J. A. Yorke} on the existence of periodic solutions of period four to the autonomous differential delay equation \(x' (t) = g(x(t - 1))\) (see [J. Math. Anal. Appl. 48, 317--324 (1974; Zbl 0293.34102)]).
