The paper studies inverse limits in representations of a restricted Lie algebra \((g, [p])\). The higher reduced enveloping algebras \(\{u_{\chi^s}(g)\mid s\in\mathbb N\}\) with \(\chi\) running over \(g^*\) make module \(M\) of \(g\) decompose into \(M =\bigoplus_{\chi\in g^*}M_\chi\). The authors discuss an infinite-dimensional algebra \(\mathcal A_\chi (g) := \varprojlim U_{\chi^s}(g)\) for a given \(\chi\in g^*\) and describe some module categories of \(U(g)\), a module category equivalence is built between subcategories of \(U(g)\)-mod and \(\mathcal A_\chi(g)\)-mod. Moreover, some properties of projective module in \(\mathcal A_\chi(g)\)-mod is researched. For reductive Lie algebras, (quasi) generalized baby Verma modules is defined and their properties are described. Furthermore, the dimensions of projective covers of simple modules with characters of standard Levi form in the generalized \(\chi\)-reduced module category are precisely determined, and a higher reciprocity in the case of regular nilpotent is obtained, which will generalize the ordinary reciprocity.
