    Let \(\Omega \subset \mathbb R^n\) be a bounded smooth domain and \(f_i(t) \in C((0,\infty),\mathbb{R}), i=1,2\). The author considers the following Dirichlet boundary value problem of the \(p\)-Laplacian system \[ -\Delta_p u_1 = \lambda f_1(u_2), \;-\Delta_p u_2 = \lambda f_2(u_1) \text{ in } \Omega, \text{ and } u_1=u_2=0 \text{ in } \partial\Omega, \] where \(-\Delta_p u = \text{div}(|\nabla u|^{p-2} \nabla u), \;p>1\) and \(\lambda>0\) is a parameter. Under further conditions on the growth of \(f_i(t) \;(i=1,2)\), by the method of sub- and supersolutions, the author proves that, for \(\lambda>0\) large, the above system has a positive solution \(u=(u_{1,\lambda}, u_{2,\lambda})\) with \(\|u_{i,\lambda}\| \rightarrow \infty (i=1,2)\) as \(\lambda\rightarrow \infty\).
