The paper is devoted to a ``minimization problem for a `no-exchange' energy in ferromagnetism with applied field taken as a control parameter''. It is shown that ``any feasible magnetization configuration can be realized as energy-minimizer for some energy with an appropriately adjusted applied field. Similar results are also obtained for the minimizers of the dual functionals controlled by applied fields'' (from author's abstract). Finally, the author studies some special cases for the applied field and the domain. When the domain is an annulus, there is a remarkable difference from the earlier author's results for balls or ellipsoids.
