The author extends the usual Abel transform to case of a smooth complete toric varieties and proves a toric version of the classical Abel-inverse theorem. The easiest example of an Abel-transform is a map from currents on a plane curve to currents on the dual plane defined as a composition of pull-back to incidence variety and push-forward to the dual projective plane. In the generalisation, the author considers a smooth complete toric variety with a split vector bundle instead of the plane and the dual plane in our example. The generalized Abel transform has many natural properties allowing to state and prove the main result of the paper.
