      The paper focuses on the proof of the following result. Given a minimal surface \(X\) over \(\mathbb{C}\) with Kodaira dimension \(0\), let \(\pi:\tilde{X}\rightarrow X\) be the covering map and let \(d\) be its degree, where \(\tilde{X}\) is a nonsingular projective surface with trivial canonical bundle. Let \(M_H(X)\) be the moduli scheme of \(H-\)stable sheaves with fixed Chern classes \((r,c_1,c_2)\) with \(r>1\). Then, if the expected dimension of \(M_H(X)\) is \(\geq 3d+1+p_g(X)\), the moduli scheme is locally complete intersection, normal, \(1-\)Gorenstein and admits only canonical singularities. Moreover, if \(r\), \(c_1\) and \(c_1^2/2-c_2\) are coprime \(M_H(X)\) is projective and has Kodaira dimension \(0\). The proof is based on the analysis of the cup-product structure of \(\mathrm{Ext}^1\).
