Contact structures are largely investigated by many mathematicians: Kostiwada, Kenmotsu, Blair, Calvaruso, Andrew, Perrone and the authors of this paper. In this paper the authors introduce a new family of contact metric structures on a unit sphere \(S^3\) with a nice property of \(\nabla_\xi\tau= 2\alpha\tau\varphi\), where \(\xi\) is the characteristic vector field, \(\tau= L_\xi g\) the torsion tensor, introduced by Chern and Hamilton, \(\varphi\) a tensor field of type (1,1) and \(g\) a Riemannian metric. Finally, \(\alpha\) is constant. Also, the authors give a few well-prepared full and helpful examples.
