One studies the asymptotic density of eigenvalue clusters for the \(2D\) non-relativistic spinless magnetic Schrödinger operator \(H_{0} = (-i\partial/\partial_{x}+By/2)^{2}+(-i\partial/\partial_{y}-Bx/2)^{2}\) perturbed by a short range electric potential \(V \in C( \mathbb{R}^{2};\mathbb{R})\), \( | V(x) | \leq\langle x\rangle^{- \rho}\) for all \(x\in \mathbb{R}^{2}\), for some \(\rho>1\). A first result states that if \(H=H_{0}+V\) and \(\lambda_{q} = B(2q+1)\) are the Landau levels, then there exists \(C_{1}>0\) so that \(\sigma(H) \cap [\lambda_{q}-B,\lambda_{q}+B] \subset (\lambda_{q}-C_{1}\lambda_{q}^{-1/2}\), \(\lambda_{q}+C_{1}\lambda_{q}^{-1/2})\) for all \(q \in \mathbb{Z}_{+}\). Next, one obtains the asympotic density of the eigenvalues within a \(q\)-cluster as \(q \rightarrow \infty\) in terms of the Radon transform of the potential \(V\). For the proof of these results, the authors introduce a class of generalized anti-Wick pseudodifferential operators. Besides the relevance of the results proved in this paper, we want to remark the accurate style.
