The authors study the hypercomplex \(\pi\)-operator over \(\mathbb C^{n+1}\) on real, compact, \(n+1\)-dimensional domain manifolds. Domain manifolds arise in the context of variational problems in PDE and in works with Kähler manifolds. An intrinsic Dirac operator is introduced, a corresponding formula of Borel-Pompeiju type is deduced. The conception of \(\pi\)-operators is generalized to domain manifolds. Finally, Clifford-Beltrami equations are considered in this context.
