The system of equations of magnetohydrodynamics is studied with certain boundary conditions. The system consists of the quasi-stationary approximation of the Maxwell's equations, and of Navier-Stokes equations for incompressible fluid flows. The author proves existence and uniqueness theorems for the solutions.
