Based on a unified approach to continuous and discrete dynamic systems (the so-called theory of dynamic systems on time scales), a class of uncertain dynamic systems is studied with respect to stability of moving invariant sets. A sufficient condition is obtained in terms of Lyapunov functions. The obtained result is applied to control an uncertain dynamic system on time scales and to obtain the desired stability behavior of moving invariant sets.
