The authors prove Auslander-Gorenstein and GKdim-Macaulay properties for certain invariant subrings of some quantum algebras, the Weyl algebras, and the universal enveloping algebras of finite-dimensional Lie algebras. Let \(k_{p_{ij}}[x_1,\dots,x_n]\) denote the skew polynomial algebra with relations \(x_ix_j=p_{ij}x_jx_i\), \(p_{ij}\in k\), for all \(i<j\). One of the main results is as follows. Theorem: Suppose \(A\) is a filtered ring such that the associated graded algebra \(\text{Gr }A\) is isomorphic to the skew polynomial ring, where \(p_{ij}\neq p_{kl}^{\pm 1}\) for all \((i,j)\neq(k,l)\). Let \(G\) be a finite group of filtered automorphisms of \(A\) with \(|G|\neq 0\) in \(k\). If \(\det g|_{(\oplus_{i=1}^n kx_i)}=1\) for all \(g\in G\), then the invariant subring \(A^G\) is Auslander-Gorenstein and GKdim-Macaulay. (GKdim-Macaulay is called Cohen-Macaulay by some authors).
