In this paper the sacalar three-point function occurring in Feyman diagrams is re-evaluated by means of generalized hypergeometric functions of two variables. Use is made of the connection between such Appell functions and dilogarithms coming from a previous investigation. Algorithms for Feynman diagrams are given by \textit{L. Brücher, J. Franzkowski} and \textit{D. Kreimer} [Comput. Phys. Commun. 107, No. 1-3, 281-292 (1997; Zbl 0939.81504)].
