Let \(f: M^2\to \mathbb{R}^4\) be an affine surface with indefinite affine metric; let \(g^{\perp}\) denote the transversal bundle metric and \(\nabla^{\perp}\) the induced normal connection. The classification of the indefinite affine umbilical surfaces in \(\mathbb{R}^4\) such that \(\nabla^{\perp}g^{\perp}=0\) is given.
