[For Part I, see the author in Sib. Math. J. 36, No. 2, 305-323 (1995; Zbl 0876.30023).] In the sixties, while developing the stability theory of quasiconformal and quasiregular mappings in \(\mathbb R^n\), \(n\geq 3\), Yu.~G.~Reshetnyak proved, in particular, that such mappings are stable not only over compact subsets of a ball but also over the whole ball (see, for example, his book [``Stability theorems in geometry and analysis'' (1996; Zbl 0848.30013)] for more detail). In his previous works, the author of the article under review proposed some generalization of the stability theory of quasiconformal and quasiregular mappings in \(\mathbb R^n\), \(n\geq 3\) (see, for example, his book [``Stability in the \(C\)-norm of classes of mappings'' (1990; Zbl 0772.30023)] for more detail). This general viewpoint allows us to study stability of various classes of mappings that satisfy certain natural invariance properties under composition of mappings and normal family properties. In the present article, the author studies stability of the class \(\mathfrak G^2\) of mappings defined as follows. Let \(n\) and \(m\) be naturals such that \(n>m\) \((m\geq 2)\). Then \(\mathfrak G^2\) is the class of all mappings \(g:\Delta\to\mathbb R^m\) on domains \(\Delta\) in \(\mathbb R^n=\mathbb R^m\times\mathbb R^{n-m}\), for each of which there exists either an orientation preserving Möbius transformation or a constant mapping \(g_0:\mathbb R^m\to\mathbb R^m\) such that the equality \(g(t_1,\dots ,t_n)=g_0(t_1,\dots ,t_m)\) holds for all \((t_1,\dots ,t_n)\in\Delta\). The author proves that these classes are stable over compact subsets of a ball but not over the whole ball. Previously, examples of classes with such properties were unknown.
