By definition a partial complex Hadamard matrix is an \(m\times n\) matrix \(A\) with entries in \(\{1,-1,i,-i\}\) satisfying \(AA^*= nI_m\). The main result of the paper is a proof for the asymptotic existence of partial Hadamard matrices. The author uses an asymptotic form of the so-called Goldbach conjecture in the proof.
