The authors study the dynamical and symmetry groups of the \(SU(2)\) Kepler problem. It is shown that the phase of the \(SU(2)\) Kepler problem is symplectomorphic to a co-adjoint orbit of \(Sp(n,2i)\). The authors show that the dynamical group \(Sp(2i,2i)\) contains subgroups \(SU(4)\), \(SU^*(4)\) and \(Sp(2)\times_s\mathbb{R}^5\). By using the Lie algebras of the subgroups of \(Sp(2i,2i)\) the authors find constants of motion for the conformal Kepler problem which are obtained together with their Poisson brackets. The symmetry Lie algebra consisting of constants of motion is isomorphic with \(SO(6)\cong SU(4)\), \(SO(1,5)\cong SU^*(4)\) or \(\ell(5)\cong SO(5)\oplus_s\mathbb{R}^5\), according to whether the energy is negative, positive, or zero.
