Consider an affine space \(A\) of dimension \(n\), and an \(s\)-flag \(F\) on \(A\). We call a set \(F = \{L_1, L_2,\dots, L_s\}\) whose elements are affine subspaces of \(A\) satisfying \(L_1\subset L_2\subset\cdots\subset L_s\subset A\) an \(s\)-flag. Let \(M\) be a smooth manifold, and \(0\in M\) be a point. Let \(f: (M,0)\to A\) denote a germ at 0 of a smooth mapping from \(M\) to \(A\). We say that two germs \(f\) and \(f'\) are \(F\)-equivalent, if there are a germ \(\varphi(M,0)\to(M,0)\) of a diffeomorphism and a germ \(\psi:(A,f(0))\to (A,f'(0))\) of a flag-preserving diffeomorphism such that \(f'=\psi f\varphi\). We say that a germ \(f\) is simple, if any mapping close to a representative of \(f\) is \(F\)-equivalent at any point to an element of a finite set of germs. In this article the author gives an explicit classification of simple germs in case \(s = 3\) under some conditions on dimensions of related objects.
