    The authors deal with the Cauchy problem \[ {dx(t)\over dt}+ Ax(t)+ \partial\phi(x(t))\ni f(t, x(t))+ h(t),\quad 0< t\leq T,\quad x(0)= x_0, \] where \(A\) is a single-valued hemicontinuous and coercive operator between \(V\) and \(V^*\), satisfying the conditions \[ A0= 0,\;(Au- Av, u- v)\geq \omega_1\|u- v\|^2_V- \omega_2\|u- v\|^2_H,\;\|Au\|_{V^*}\leq \omega_3(\|u\|_V+ 1), \] \(\phi: V\to (-\infty,\infty)\) is a lower-semicontinuous proper convex function, \(f: \mathbb{R}\times V\to H\) is Lipschitz continuous, \(h: (0,T]\to H\), \(V\) and \(H\) are Hilbert spaces and \(V\) is a dense subspace of \(H\). The authors prove that (under some natural additional conditions) the inclusion under consideration has a unique solution \(x\in L^2(0, T;V)\cap C(0,T; H)\) for each \(x_0\) and \(h\) and that these solutions satisfying the inequalities \[ \|x\|_{L^2\cap C}\leq C(1+\|x_0\|+\|h\|_{L^2(0,T; V^*)}). \] As example, the Cauchy problem for a partial differential inclusion with a main quasimonotone part is considered.
