In the paper the author considers boundary value problems for a parabolic equation with discontinuous coefficients and concentrated sources. The higher derivatives contained in the equation involve a parameter that can take arbitrary values from the semi-interval \((0,1]\). The accuracy of approximate solutions, as well as the relative accuracy of the computed diffusive fluxes obtained by applying classical difference approximations of the boundary value problem on uniform grids are shown to decrease infinitely as the parameter tends to zero. By means of the method of grids that condense in a special way, and by the method of additive separation of singularities, special difference schemes are constructed. These schemes allow one to approximate a solution to the boundary value problem and normalized diffusion fluxes uniformly with respect to the parameter.
