The authors establish an extrapolation method for second kind nonlinear Fredholm integral equations on a rectangle. It is shown that the Nyström solution admits an error expansion in powers of the step sizes \(h\) and \(k\). More precise results are obtained for a special choice of the numerical quadrature, and a numerical example is presented.
