The relationship between symmetric nets, generalized Hadamard matrices and affine resolvable designs is discussed. Two inequivalent \(9\times 9\) generalized Hadamard matrices over the group of order 3, 68 nonequivalent affine resolvable \(2\)-\((27,9,4)\) designs ten of which not being extensions of symmetric \((3,3)\)-subnets, and two symmetric \((3,3)\)-nets are obtained.
