A new way of obtaining the integral representation for fine potentials in fine open sets from \(\mathbb{R}^{n}\) is obtained. The main idea is to use the fact that the positive, finely superharmonic functions form a standard H-cone of functions [cf. \textit{N. Boboc, Gh. Bucur} and \textit{A. Cornea}, Order and convexity in potential theory: H-cones. Lect. Notes Math. 853 (1981; Zbl 0534.31001)] so the Choquet theory may be applied. An integral representation for invariant functions (that is, orthogonal elements on fine potentials) is obtained from the same argument. An open question of Fuglede is also answered.
