The first named author continues his work on various refinements of Hardy's inequality for Fourier transform. Here, it is transferred to the Hankel transform. The main tool is atomic decomposition.\par In connection with Section 4 it is worthy to mention local Hardy spaces. Besides an initial paper by \textit{D. Goldberg} [Harmonic analysis in Euclidean spaces, Part 1, Williamstown/ Massachusetts 1978, Proc. Symp. Pure Math., Vol. 35, 245--248 (1979; Zbl 0442.42009)], it is worth mentioning the recent paper by \textit{G. Dafni} and \textit{E. Liflyand} [Complex Anal. Synerg. 5, No. 1, Paper No. 10, 9 p. (2019; Zbl 1462.42037)] where many results and references to this topic are given.\par For \(p=1\), other types of Hardy's inequalities can be found in \textit{E. Liflyand} [Functions of bounded variation and their Fourier transforms. Cham: Birkhäuser (2019; Zbl 1418.42001)]. According to that book these inequalities are recommended to name after Fourier-Hardy, in order to distinguish them from completely different analytic tool also called Hardy's inequalities.
